We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We ship anywhere in South Africa. Orders are dispatched the next business day and typically arrive within 1-4 days depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Orders above R400 qualify for free shipping. If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, email us at info@kritkrats.co.za within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Because every kit is a sealed craft product, we can only accept change-of-mind returns of unopened pouches.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind. Any use of optional third-party tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
